Using the Service to access, search for, or collect information about individuals without proper authorization

3. HIPAA Compliance

HIPAA.app is designed as a tool to help identify potential PHI exposure, but using our service does not guarantee HIPAA compliance. You remain responsible for your own HIPAA compliance obligations, including proper handling of any PHI discovered through our Service.

5. Service Limitations

To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, we apply the following limitations:

Rate limits on searches per hour and per day
Restrictions on certain types of high-volume automated requests
